插接开关箱内装自动空开关(型号可根据用户选择)确保分路过截，短路保护。规格分100A、250A、630A,整定值根据用户选择，并生产组合配电、动力插接箱。

插接箱的插脚是重要的部件。本厂独有的工艺在插脚另加二块65锰弹簧钢片，确保插接200次以上仍具有良好的弹性接触。JACK BOX

母线单元功能代号 Unite Number

母线变向节(弯头)，用于水平或垂直安装时配电母线的连接及改变母线的走向。直母线单元，与母线变向节配合，用于将电源接送至用电设备。插接箱，用于由母线上引出电源分路。

始端母线，为电源引入单元，可直接与变压器或低压配电屏连接。

变容量节，为母线变换容量时的过渡节。膨胀节，为吸收因母线长期工作而引起热膨胀变形而设置的功能单元。

中间进线箱，适用于多种场合，一般在母线连接长度较长的情况下，将大大改善单端供电而至末端压降损失较大的状况。

终端封盖，安装于母线(或各分路)终端处，使外界不能接触到带电部位。
